You must begin Fan Shroud (LY7) replacement by taking out the fan followed by detaching the condenser tube from its retainer clip on the Fan Shroud. Start by taking out the cooling Fan Shroud by removing its retaining bolts. Installation of the cooling Fan Shroud starts with following the fastener notice in service precautions before proceeding. Secure the cooling Fan Shroud retaining bolts by torquing them to 5.4 n.m (48 lb in). The last step is to mount both the fan and condenser tube to the Fan Shroud retainer clip.
