How to replace the throttle body assembly on 2007 Cadillac STS?

To remove the throttle body assembly, start by turning the ignition OFF, and remove the air cleaner intake duct. Next is to remove the throttle body electrical connector, unlock and repositioning the wire harness conduit followed by the removal of throttle body bolts. Take out the throttle body and the gasket easily. For installation, clean the throttle body mounting surfaces free of gasket or seal material, then install throttle body and NEW gasket. Insert the throttle body bolts and tighten them to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Reinstall the wiring harness conduit, as well as throttle body electrical connector, and air cleaner intake duct. Lastly, do the idle learn procedure and clear all DTCs using the scan tool.
