First, remove the hvac module before proceeding with the installation of a new discharge Air Temperature Sensor on the lower right side. Flush rotation of the dtm sensor in the counter-clockwise direction helps separate it from the lower duct before replacement. The installation process begins with disconnecting the lower rh dtm sensor electrical connector together with removing the lower rh dtm sensor from the hvac module. Installation begins by spinning the dtm sensor clockwise to join it to the lower duct system followed by placing the lower rh dtm sensor within the hvac module while connecting its electrical connector before fitting the hvac module back into position.
