How to replace the Back Up Light Switch on 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt?

To replace the switch back up lamp, first disconnect the left front wheel away. Disengage the back up lamp connector and once that is done, remove the back up lamp switch assembly. While installing the new back up lamp switch, a socket alone should be used to prevent damages to the switch assembly and the pipe sealant Saturn P/N 21485278 or equivalent can be used. Tighten the switch serving 33 N.m (24 lbft), reconnect back up lamp connector. Lastly, replace the left front wheel.
