    To replace the back up lamp switch; remove the back up lamp conster, change the back up light switch assembly by disconnecting it without knocking it and only using socket to prevent breakage of the switch assembly. In case of installing the new back up light switch, leave the pipe sealant GM P-N 1052080 or an equivalent at a quantity of 1 per switch and install by using 169 in 34 Nm or (24 ft. lbs.). Finally, reattach the connection for the back up lamp.
