    A: Construction of the coolant reservoir needs these specified tools: Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185). Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185). Start by performing a cooling system drain. Use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition one clamp on the coolant reservoir inlet hose before extracting the hose entirely from the coolant reservoir. First remove the underhood junction block bracket nuts (1, 2) and the underhood junction block bracket bolt from their positions. Push up the underhood junction block bracket then move it away from the coolant reservoir location. Use the Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition the coolant reservoir outlet hose clamp then raise the coolant reservoir and detach the coolant reservoir outlet hose. First disconnect the electrical connector from the coolant level sensor before pulling out the coolant reservoir. After positioning the coolant reservoir install the coolant level sensor electrical connector. Install the coolant reservoir outlet hose while elevating the coolant reservoir and tighten it by moving the hose clamp with Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185). Fasten the coolant reservoir nut to a torque of 10 N.m (89 lb in). Set the underhood junction block bracket into position before installing both underhood junction block bracket nuts (1, 2) with 10 N.m (88 lb in) torque settings then tighten the underhood junction block bracket bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). Secure the coolant reservoir inlet hose by using Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition the clamp and top off the cooling system.
