2007 Chevrolet Corvette Power Steering Reservoir Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to replace the Power Steering Reservoir on 2007 Chevrolet Corvette?
A: Before replacing the remote power steering reservoir you must place a drain pan under the vehicle then unfasten the capstick from the power steering reservoir. You must detach the power steering reservoir from its power steering reservoir bracket before removing both the power steering reservoir outlet pipe/hose and power steering return hose. The operator should first remove all ancillary components before extracting the power steering reservoir from the vehicle. The installation requires placing the power steering reservoir back into the vehicle while the alignment mark on the power steering return hose needs to face down at the bottom of the reservoir. Securely fasten the power steering reserve outlet pipe/hose and return hose onto the power steering reservoir while mounting it to the power steering reservoir bracket. The power steering system requires bleeding to finish up the process.
