How to replace the Exhaust Pipe crossover for RPOs LZE/LZ4/LZ8 on 2007 Chevrolet Impala?

First unscrew the air cleaner intake duct then detach both the bolts holding the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield before removing the heat shield and finally the exhaust crossover pipe with its seals. First remove the exhaust crossover pipe nuts followed by the removal of the exhaust crossover pipe together with its seals. Set up by placing the exhaust crossover pipe seals directly onto the exhaust manifolds then install the exhaust crossover pipe. Fasten the exhaust crossover pipe nuts to 20 n.m (15 lb ft) before you install and secure the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield with bolts at 10 n.m (89 lb in). Reinstall the air cleaner intake duct as the last step.
