Begin by using a screwdriver to remove the screw which maintains the door striker to the body before taking it out. Secure the new door striker on the body by aligning it with the previously marked positions. Put the door striker screws on the body before tightening them to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft). You should modify the lock striker when needed.
