A: In order to change the steerage knuckle in the rear suspension, to begin with, lift up and stabilise the vehicle in an appropriate way. Remove the tire and wheel assembly and scribe the strut to the knuckle. Then, remove the bearing/hub assembly, and the rear wheel spindle rods from the knuckle. Remove the Trailing Arm from the knuckle and the rear strut to knuckle bolts and nuts. Remove the knuckle from the vehicle after these components have been lowered. For installation, align the knuckle back onto the vehicle, the hand start the strut to knuckle bolts nad nuts without tightening. Join rear suspension Trailing Arm to the knuckle, then mount the rear wheel spindle rods to the knuckle. Mount the bearing/assembler, letting the fastener notice be the guide for safety measures. Finally, torque the strut to knuckle bolts and nuts to 120 n.m (89 lb ft), install the tire and wheel assembly, lower the vehicle, and check the rear-wheel alignment and adjust it as required.
