How to replace the Heater Core on 2008 Cadillac CTS?

The first step to replace a Heater Core requires the removal of the hvac module. The first step for Heater Core replacement involves unscrewing the heater hose bracket screw followed by removing both the heater hose bracket. Pull the Heater Core out of position from the hvac module structure. Sliding the new Heater Core inside the hvac module should be followed by installing the heater hose bracket. Install the heater hose bracket screw according to the fastener notice then tighten it to 1 n.m (9 lb in). Finally, reinstall the hvac module.
