How to replace the blower motor on 2008 Cadillac CTS?

In order to change the blower motor, take out the instrument panel and the compartment. Unscrew the electrical connector, remove the screws and the blower motor. Install the new motor, making sure to install the right fasteners. Restrict the electrical connector, and so reassemble the compartment and insulator on the right.
