In order to replace the left bank Timing Chain Guide, you need to take off the engine front cover first. Once that, take off the left bank Timing Chain Tensioner (Tensioner Removal - Left Side, Fourth Design) and the left bank Timing Chain Guide (Guide Start the installation by putting the new left bank Timing Chain Guide in and then fit the left bank Timing Chain Tensioner. The last step is to install the engine front cover (Timing Cover/Service and Repair).
