How to replace the radiator on 2008 Cadillac DTS?

Start Radiator replacement by disconnecting the cooling Fan Shroud assembly using hose clamp pliers (J 38185). Place the Radiator above the vehicle while performing the removal process. Install the Radiator into place by aligning its condenser section with lower mounting features at the front where you must also avoid disturbing either the condenser or Radiator attachment points. The special length bolts for condenser retention on Radiator end tanks should be utilized because using longer bolts could harm the end tanks. Use the special length bolts to fix the condenser to its mounting points before tightening them to 13 n.m (115 lb in). Reinstall the Fan Shroud assembly as the last step.
