    A: To replace the engine coolant crossover pipe, start draining the cooling system. The air cleaner, the fuel injector sight shield, and the Water Pump Drive Belt ought to be removed. Reposition the clamp of the Brake Booster Vacuum Hose and remove the vacuum hose of the brake booster from the Water Pump housing. Next, release the oil level indicator tube nut and relocate oil level indicator tube. Replace heater outlet hose and clamp, the Water Pump belt tensioner, tensioner studs installation tightening to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Reconnect the radiator outlet and inlet hoses, by the help of j 38185 (J 38185) to position the clamps. Reinstall MAP Sensor and bracket by tightening the bolt with 10 n.m (89 lb in). Set up the evap canister purge solenoid valve and its bolt with a torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Hand start the new egr inlet pipe nut at the exhaust manifold front pipe, install the egr inlet pipe and secure to the Water Pump - housing, then tighten the nut to 60 n m (44 lb ft) and bolt to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Lift the vehicle once more to pull the nut on the egr inlet pipe down to tighten it, then lower and plug in the engine harness electrical connector. Replace the new EGR Valve Gasket, and then EGR Valve and the bolts, tighten it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Replace the EGR Valve shield and its nuts and tighten to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Mount the rear left lift bracket and bolt it in, applying 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Install and tighten the engine coolant outlet fitting to 47 n.m (35 lb ft) and reinstall the surge tank inlet hose with its clamp. Mount the fuel rail bracket nut and fasten it with a torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Replace a new Throttle Body plenum duct and tighten the clamp at the 2.25 n.m (20 lb in). Replacing a Throttle Body seal and further installing the Throttle Body, bracket, and bolts with tightening of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Replace the transaxle vent hose clip, align the oil level indicator tube, and its nut and tighten it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Reconnect the vacuum hose of the brake booster and clamp, install the Water Pump Drive Belt, and install the air cleaner. Finally, fill the cooling system.
