How to replace the Lash Adjusters on the left side on 2008 Cadillac XLR?

The left side of lash adjusters requires removing left valve rocker arms as the first step. Following that, remove the stationary hydraulic lash adjusters (SHLA) from their bores before cleaning and inspecting the lash adjusters. Stationary hydraulic Lash Adjuster plungers require engine oil in their lower pressure chamber before manual operation. Put clean engine oil into the shla after ensuring no damage occurs to the pivot sphere area of the shla. After cleaning the bores install the new shlas before returning the left valve rocker arms to their correct positions.
