How to replace the cellular and navigation antenna assembly on 2008 Chevrolet Corvette?

The first step to replace the cellular and navigation Antenna assembly requires removal of the windshield upper garnish molding. The retaining clips can be removed from the windshield bracket through Antenna assembly movements at the windshield toward the passenger side of the vehicle. Lift the Antenna coaxial cable down from the windshield header followed by disconnecting the coaxial leads from the Antenna Base before removing the Antenna. After mounting the Antenna assembly on the windshield users need to connect the coaxial leads to the Antenna. Connect the Antenna coaxial cable to the windshield header before lining up the Antenna assembly with windshield bracket retaining clips and pushing the assembly into place on the vehicle's driver side. Put on the windshield upper garnish molding as the last step in the process.
