    A: In order to replace the engine front cover the drive belt tensioner, crankshaft balancer, air cleaner assembly, and windshield washer solvent reservoir must all first be removed. Install the engine support fixture, take out the Engine Mount to bracket bolts, engine mount to side rail nuts, and the Engine Mount. Next follows the removal of the Engine Mount bracket to engine bolts and also the Engine Mount bracket. Loosen the engine front cover attachment to water pump bolt, jack the vehicle up and support it, and remove the engine front cover bolts and the cover itself. Disposing of the old gasket. For installation, apply a new engine front cover. Gasket to the dowel pins and install the engine front cover while tightening the bolts with the torque to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Lower the vehicle and fit the engine front cover to water pump bolt, which should be tightened to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). In the reverse shoulder bolt sequence, position the Engine Mount bracket to the engine and install the long bolts to the forward and lower rear holes and the short bolt to the upper rear hole and tighten these at 50 n.m (37 lb ft), starting from the upper to the lower rear and finally the forward hole. Repitch the Engine Mount to the engine compartment, tightening the side rail nuts to 100 n.m (74 lb ft), and then install the Engine Mount to bracket bolts, tightening the bolts in the following sequence, middle, rear, and front to 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Eliminate the engine support fixture after which re-install the windshield washer solvent reservoir, air cleaner assembly, crankshaft balancer, and the final one is the drive belt tensioner.
