How to replace the Blend Door Actuator in a single zone system on 2008 Chevrolet Uplander?

The first step to replace an air temperature actuator in a single zone system includes unmounting the driver side knee bolster. The air temperature actuator location requires you to disconnect its electrical connector first. You need to first disconnect all bolts/screws which secure the air temperature actuator before taking it out. You should also remove the actuator lever provided that it's needed. During setup make sure you insert the actuator lever into its proper position within the door. After installing the air temperature actuator use bolts together with screws to fasten it securely with a torque setting of 1.2 N.m (11 lb in). Reattach the electrical connector while you reposition the driver side knee bolster. Complete re-calibration of actuators needs to occur before finishing the procedure.
