Implement proper oil addition to the new evaporator core during installation as per the refrigerant system capacity requirements. The evaporator core installation requires insertion into the assembly followed by attachment of the evaporator temperature sensor to the core. Seal the HVAC module assembly halves before placement. Rebuild the HVAC module assembly while keeping to the fastener notice and use screws to join half sections by tightening each screw to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).
