Service the exhaust system hangers by first lifting and supporting the vehicle. Start by removing the exhaust hanger to the rear suspension support bracket bolt before applying suitable lubricant to the exhaust hanger rod to make removal easier. Remove the rear exhaust hanger to hanger bracket nut by lubricating the rear hanger rod and pulling it out from the tail pipe hanger rod. This procedure follows exhaust pipe hanger rod separation from the exhaust pipe hanger rod through exhaust hanger outward pulling motion. Begin by soaking the rear hanger rod and rear exhaust hanger inner diameter with soapy water and after that insert the rear exhaust hanger onto the tail pipe hanger rod while aligning it to the rear exhaust hanger bracket. Mount the rear exhaust hanger to its bracket with hanger bracket nut while applying 30 Nm of torque (22 lb ft). Drop the vehicle before tightening the bolt to 30 Nm (22 lbs ft). First apply soapy solution to exhaust pipe hanger rod and inner diameter of center exhaust hanger. Then press the exhaust hanger over the exhaust pipe hanger rod and install it to rear suspension support bracket bolt.
