Position the Brake Disc correctly according to its wheel studs before you extract the mounting screw and take out the disc. Use (J 42450-A) to clean the hub/axle flange while using (J 41013) to clean the Brake Disc surface. Check both sides of the disc for foreign material before you put on the new disc and position it according to the matchmark. Secure the Brake Disc mounting screw at 14 nm torque setting (124 lb in). Measure the assembled lateral runout of the Brake Disc system to check functionality during a brake repair; adjust it to fit specifications when necessary. Put the brake caliper and bracket to the suspension knuckle before reinstalling the tire and wheel set. Lower the vehicle before you burnish the brake pads and disc when needed.
