    A: For a 2wd, z85, or zq8 vehicle to replace the lower Control Arm Ball Joint, the Steering Knuckle must first be removed. Next, remove the Ball Joint nuts and bolts from the lower Control Arm, dispose of them. Next, remove the Ball Joint from the lower Control Arm. After installation, attach the new Ball Joint to the lower Control Arm while stricter to the fasteners precautions. Mount the new Ball Joint nuts and bolts, tightening one to 60 nm (44 lb ft). Finally install the Steering Knuckle and check the wheel alignment based on specifications.
