Start by unlatching the lower shock bolt and nut before you begin loosening the lower Control Arm to support frame nut and bolt and end with removing the lower Control Arm to knuckle nut and bolt. Lower the Control Arm methodically to remove coil spring tension before extracting both coil spring and insulators. Check both upper and lower insulators of the coil spring for damage; if damaged replace them otherwise transfer existing components. Only perform component swaps if existing parts show damage while retaining all other components. Insert the spring that includes rubber insulators into the vehicle after placing it in position then raise the jackstand to squeeze the spring. Attach the knuckle-end of the lower Control Arm then secure the nut and bolt before tightening to 160 nm (118 lb ft).
