How to replace the rear brake disc on 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

Before beginning work you must lift and stabilize the vehicle. Before you start take out the brake caliper bolts and remove both components with the tire and wheel. Take out the brake caliper assembly with bracket and hang it with strong mechanics wire for secure support. To put back the original Brake Disc note its position on the Wheel Hub. Then take off both Brake Disc retainers from the assembly and discard the parts. Before installing the new Brake Disc wipe its friction surfaces thoroughly with denatured alcohol. Clean both the hub flange and axle side rotor surfaces through the j-42450-a and j-41013 kits respectively to prepare for assembly. When putting back the Brake Disc onto its wheel location position it exactly like removal steps showed when reusing original part. Put back the brake caliper and bracket parts then fasten caliper bracket bolts to 200 nm (148 lb ft) torque setting. Put back the tire and wheel components while finishing the brake components.
