How to replace the Knock Sensor (KS) on Bank 1 on 2010 Cadillac STS?

In order to install Knock Sensor (KS) on Bank 1, switch-off the ignition and lift the vehicle. Re-fit the wiring harness heat shield, disconnect KS connector and remove KS bolt. Fit in the new KS, fix it, reconnect electrical connector, re-fit the heat shield and lower the vehicle.
