Be sure not to use any solvents on the gasket surfaces of the Intake Manifold and Throttle Body assembly before replacing the assembly. Make sure to clean these areas using only soft tools. Do not try to prop open the throttle blade while the ignition is on to stop a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) from being set. The first step is to remove the air cleaner outlet duct, and then you should disconnect the tac electrical connector . After that, take off the Throttle Body bolts and pull the Throttle Body out. Look at the Throttle Body Gasket and put in a new one if it's worn out. Carefully put the Throttle Body into place, be sure to observe fastener guidelines, then fit and tighten the bolts to 10 nm (89 lb in). After reconnecting the tac connector , put the air cleaner outlet duct back on. Do not forget to do the throttle learn procedure as your final step.
