    A: To remove the Camshaft Timing Chain, sprocket, and tensioner, start by removing the no.1 cylinder Spark Plug then crank the Crankshaft clockwise until the no.1 Piston is at the top dead center (TDC) on the exhaust stroke. After that, undress the Camshaft cover and the front engine cover. Remove the upper Timing Chain Guide bolts and guide, making sure that you relieve chain tension by removing the Timing Chain Tensioner. Use a 24 mm wrench to clamp the exhaust Camshaft as the actuator bolt is thrown away and the actuator is taken from the Camshaft and Timing Chain. Continue to loosen the Timing Chain Tensioner guide bolt and guide as well as the fixed Timing Chain Guide access plug, the fixed Timing Chain Guide bolts and guide. Repeat the process for the intake Camshaft actuator with holding it with a 24 mm wrench and remove the Timing Chain crank sprocket. If changing the balance shaft Timing Chain and sprocket, remove the balance shaft drive chain tensioner bolts and its tensioner, adjustable and smaller balance shaft drive chain guides. Take the balance shaft drive chain and sprocket off. For installation, begin with the balance shaft drive sprocket to ensure correct timing to prevent engine shake. Due the chain to be installed above the balance shaft drive chain while aligning the colored link with the timing marks on the sprockets. Mount upper and small balance shaft drive chain guides, tighten to a specified torque requirement. Reset Timing Chain Tensioner by levering plunger out and fastening it in a compressed position by mean s of a paper clip. And install the balance shaft drive chain tensioner and fitting him with the right cam shaft position in the front both 2.2l and 2.4l. Install the Timing Chain drive sprocket, align the timing mark, as well as connect the intake Camshaft actuator with a uniquely colored link. Route the Timing Chain through the Crankshaft sprocket with correct alignment to the colored links. Mount the adjustable Timing Chain Guide and bolts, as well as the exhaust Camshaft actuator with all timing marks aligned.
