How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) for Bank 1 Sensor 2 on 2010 GMC Savana 1500?

Start by raising the vehicle then disconnect the HO2S connector on Bank 1 Sensor 2 before replacement. Even when replacing the device apply care to limit the amount of force you use. Use the J 39194-B Oxygen Sensor Wrench to eliminate the HO2S. When installing the new sensor use GM P/N 5613695 anti-seize compound on the threads unless otherwise necessary because this combination of liquid graphite and glass beads makes future removal easier. Use the J 39194-B to install the HO2S while tightening it to 42 Nm (31 lb ft). Lower the vehicle while also re-establishing the connections at the HO2S harness connector.
