How to replace the primary and secondary hood latch on 2011 GMC Savana 1500?

To install the hood latch, lift the hood and prop it and identify the position of the latch and the fastener. Take out the bolts and unscrew the release cable. Re-attach the cable, fit the latch and fix using bolts. Make the latch fit in appropriately and shut the hood level with the fenders and then tighten the bolts.
