How to replace the ambient temperature sensor in the HVAC system on Buick Century?

A technician must disconnect the negative Battery Cable as the first step before Ambient Temperature Sensor replacement in an hvac system. First disconnect the electrical connector from the Ambient Temperature Sensor mounted on the right front radiator air baffle. Use the push-in retainer to remove the sensor from its position. Pull out the Ambient Temperature Sensor from the radiator air baffle. Place the Ambient Temperature Sensor in the correct position on the radiator air baffle after which install the push-in retainer to fasten it into place. After installing the Ambient Temperature Sensor to the radiator air baffle you need to reconnect the electrical connector and the negative Battery Cable. To get the ambient update you should drive at 32 km/h (20 mph) for 90 seconds or maintain 72 km/h (45 mph) for 60 seconds.
