    Vehicle elevation and support must happen before beginning work to install a new Air Suspension Compressor. Clean all Air Hose components alongside Air Suspension Compressor areas and filter elements to stop contamination from entering. Start by disconnecting the air tube from the air dryer followed by bolting and harnessing tie release with the air tube from the Air Suspension Compressor bracket and removing the intake Air Filter. The vehicle harness must disconnect from the Air Suspension Compressor connector before removing two nuts, the bolt and Air Suspension Compressor assembly. To detach the Air Suspension Compressor assembly from its bracket you must slide the Air Suspension Compressor connector off its anchor then remove both bolts and the heat shield from the compressor bracket followed by removing three bolts from the assembly. Separate the air dryer and Air Hose from the Air Suspension Compressor at two points before removing the two screws which fasten the two brackets onto the Air Suspension Compressor. To install the air dryer begin by screwing two 7 n.m (62 lb in) bolts into the Air Suspension Compressor brackets before connecting the Air Hose to both points and placing the air dryer on the compressor. Install the Air Suspension Compressor bracket first before mounting it to its position using three bolts set to 3 n.m (26 lb in) torque before fastening the heat shield onto the bracket using two bolts with one bolt remaining loose. Finally attach the harness to the compressor connector.
