Start by removing the oil pan Drain Plug together with the Oil Filter. After gasket contact the Oil Filter needs tightening to one turn only while using clean engine oil to lubricate the gasket. The oil pan drain bolt needs to be installed with a torque value of 26 nm (19 ft. Lbs.). The engine needs oil at its recommended level after putting it into the correct position. End the process by starting the engine to check for any leakage.
