    First step to replace the Drive Belt includes lifting and supporting the vehicle. Start by removing both 4 engine splash shield bolts and then taking out the shield itself from the vehicle. Remove the air injection crossover pipe bracket nut from the generator mounting bolt while securing the generator bolt from other side access. Begin by taking out the bushing nut from the left side bracket of the air injection crossover pipe then disconnect rubber hose clamps from the crossover pipe. As a next step remove the a/c compressor hose strap bolt while positioning the air injection crossover pipe to the side. A 15 mm wrench should be used to turn the tensioner pulley center bolt clockwise until Drive Belt tension releases and then slide the belt off the Water Pump Pulley. During installation follow the diagram to direct the Drive Belt placement then clean the belt surfaces and all accessory drive pulleys while ensuring the Drive Belt settles correctly in the groove alignment. To install the Drive Belt properly position the Drive Belt tensioner in a clockwise direction before directing the belt over the Water Pump Pulley and then let the tensioner go to ensure proper belt seating. The professional must install the air injection crossover pipe through its rubber hose connections by using the clamps. Drive the a/c compressor hose strap bolt until it reaches 8 nm torque value which is equivalent to 71 inch lbs.
