How to replace the front upper car speakers on Cadillac CTS?

The first step to replace the front upper speaker involves removing the front door trim panel. The first step in this procedure requires disconnecting the upper door speaker electrical connection from the door harness. Use a tool to remove the upper door speaker by disengaging it from its position on the molding. When installing the upper door speaker/grille assembly return it to the molding by placing it correctly then check the speaker grille is fully seated. Double-check that each upper and lower door speaker received proper connection to their assigned Door Harness Connector when both disconnected. Reinstall the door trim panel after you hook the upper door speaker electrical connector to the door harness.
