To replace the washer solvent container without ce4 you start by opening the hood then lifting the outer part of the condenser seal to spot the bolt that holds the filler neck to the upper tie bar. Untwist the bolt above the washer solvent container neck to take out both fixture parts. To access the washer solvent container begin by taking off the lower air deflector and front bumper fascia as well as the right-side headlamp for vehicles with left-hand drive or left-side headlamp for right-hand drive. Unscrew the washer container and take off power connections from the Washer Pump before letting solvent drain. Separate the electrical cables from the Washer Pump and washer solvent level sensor before removing their fasteners from the container. Detach the clinch nut holding the container to the horizontal bracket then lift the container from its key hole slot at the body rail before guiding the fill neck down to take out the container completely. Move the Washer Pump and all related parts including the level sensor and horizontal bracket to the new washer container before installation. Place the new container's filler neck upwards through the radiator support then fit the electrical connector clip before setting the container over the stud attached to the tie bar outer reinforcement panel. Position the clinch nut stud through the key hole slot on the body rail and position it correctly on the stud of the tie bar outer reinforcement panel. Fasten nuts (1,2,6) to their container positions then tighten each piece to 6 n.m (53 lb in) with the clinch nut and horizontal bracket nut set at the same torque level. Join the washer hose with the Washer Pump and plug the electrical connectors onto both washer units and the washer fluid level sensor. Put back the headlamp unit with the front bumper parts and lower air strip. Install the bolt that connects the upper tie bar to the washer solvent container filler neck and tighten it to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Position the condenser seal while filling the washer solvent container and placing on its cap before closing the hood.
