How to service and repair the Windshield Washer Pump on Cadillac DeVille?

To fix the Windshield Washer Pump you first need to empty the washer solvent reservoir. First take off the right front fascia section to get to the washer pump. Disconnect both the washer hose and electrical connection for the pump afterward. Take the washer pump out of its storage position in the washer solvent container. Reinstall the washer pump into the solvent tank by plugging in its electrical connection and hose before putting back the right front fascia extension and filling the tank.
