How to replace the rear window wiper switch on Cadillac SRX?

You can replace the switch by lifting the front edge of the overhead console from behind. Unconnect power wires then take out the overhead console. Unplug the rear window wiper switch from its position. Connect the electrical wires to the new rear window switch before you install the part in its position. Place the overhead console back into the headliner opening as you align the locking tabs in their designated positions. You can fasten the locking tabs to the console bracket by pushing upwards on the overhead console.
