How to replace the Turn Signal Switch on Cadillac STS?

Before starting the turn signal multi-function switch replacement you need to deactivate sir. Take away the trim panels that shield the Steering Column. Unbolt the multifunction switch screws then disconnect its wires to remove the entire piece. Mount the multifunction switch electrically and put the switch onto the Steering Column for installation. Secure the retaining screws to their positions at 7 n.m (62 lb in). Reinstall both Steering Column trim covers while turning on sir service.
