The installation sequence begins with a replacement of the front Engine Mount and an engine front cover gasket which should be done before putting on the engine front cover. Install the engine front cover bolts and tighten them to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.)next apply 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs. Of torque on the water pump bolt. Next, install the drive belt tensioner and its bolt, tightening it to 45 Nm (33 ft. Lbs.)the last step involves reinstalling the crankcase balancer.
