  A: Get the needed tools like disc resurfacing kit (J 41013) and wheel hub resurfacing kit (J 42450-A) if you want to replace the front Brake Disc. Clean all friction surfaces by applying denatured alcohol to the new disc then wiping it away to ready the surface for work. Lift the vehicle and set it on stands before taking out the wheel and tire assembly. Dual wheel vehicle owners should detach the front wheel hub extension during this step. Position a large screwdriver through the brake caliper into one disc vane to block turning while marking where the hub extension meets the hub.
