How to replace the washer reservoir on Chevrolet Express 2500?

First start by opening and supporting the hood to work on the washer solvent container more safely. You can replace the washer solvent container when you elevate it enough to take out the electrical connector at the Washer Pump and unplug the washer hose from the Washer Pump. Drain the Washer Reservoir into a safe recipient before taking out both the pump and cap from the container. Place the Washer Pump onto the new solvent container and secure it with the cap. Plug the electrical connector into the Washer Pump then take off the cap from the Washer Pump and link the washer hose. Use the chassis holding spots to place the washer solvent container before threading in the bolt and securing it at 10 n.m (89 lb in). Put back the support bar on top of the fender and refill the washer solvent tank before you shut the hood.
