The new clutch actuator cylinder needs saturn p/n 21005995 or equivalent lubrication on its bearing's inner diameter before installing it to the transmission. After installing the clutch actuator cylinder bolts to 10 nm (89 lb in) torque then torque the upper line release bolt to 10 nm (89 lb in). The transmission requires reinstallation after attaching the clutch actuator cylinder line. The hydraulic system needs to be bled before the procedure can be finished.
