Remove the intake camshaft position (CMP) sensor then reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp at the Thermostat Housing and pull out the radiator outlet hose from the Thermostat Housing for Oil Cooler accessibility. Start by removing the radiator outlet hose from the Oil Cooler while first relocating the clamp at the Oil Cooler. Next remove the bracket clip holding the hose. First reposition the surge tank outlet hose clamp located at the Oil Cooler and after that remove the surge tank outlet hose from the Oil Cooler.
