  A: The service and repair process of engine oil dip stick and dip stick tube starts with two steps-removing the oil level indicator from the guide tube then unclipping the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector from the guide tube. Start the procedure by unbolt the guide tube from the cylinder block while simultaneously separating the guide tube from the block and removing its guide tube seal . New engine oil should be applied to the guide tube seal before installing the new guide seal to the tube and securing it to the cylinder block using one bolt with a torque setting of 14 nm (10 ft. Lbs.). You should install the oil level indicator tube while attaching the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector to the guide tube.
