  A: A proper procedure for serving the Exhaust Manifold begins with ensuring the exhaust system is cool followed by disabling the negative Battery Cable. The heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S1) electrical connector must be disconnected while removal of two Oxygen Sensor nuts, oxidation sensor gasket and Oxygen Sensor takes place from exhaust system pipe. Observe proper lifting procedure for the vehicle before removing two Exhaust Manifold bolts together with spring components from the Exhaust Manifold flange and the exhaust gasket. The installation requires you to lower the vehicle while you remove the solitary bolt between the manifold support bracket and Exhaust Manifold and then extract six upper heat insulator bolts as well as the heat insulator.
