How to replace the cellular and navigation antenna assembly on Chevrolet Silverado 3500?

A mechanic should begin repairs of the cellular and navigation Antenna assembly by lowering the headliner before disconnecting Antenna cables. Screw the retaining nut until enough space forms for removing the Antenna assembly through the rooftop opening. Install the new Antenna assembly through the roof opening while tightening its bolt to 9 n.m (80 lb in) according to the fastener notice in service precautions. After Antenna installation complete the procedure by reconnecting Antenna cables then reinstalling the headliner.
