Secondly you need to remove the screws before splitting the HVAC module assembly in two parts which leads to the separation of the HVAC module assembly (1, 4). The HVAC module assembly requires removal of its evaporator core next. The addition of refrigerant oil to the new evaporator core remains crucial during its installation process. The evaporator core installation starts with inserting it into the HVAC module assembly followed by the HVAC module assembly (1, 4) assembly process. Position the screws to unite both HVAC module assembly halves before securing them at 1.9 N.m (17 lb in torque). Therefore install the complete HVAC module assembly.
