How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on Chevrolet SSR?

To replace the Actuator Air Temperature, start by disabling the upper trim panel and the defroster duct. Next, remove the 3 air temperature actuator screws and disconnect the air temperature actuator's electronic connector before removing the actuator off the vehicle. To install, hook the air temperature actuator to the electrical connector and mount the actuator. Make sure that you install the screws to the air temperature actuator and tighten at 1.9 N.m (17 lb in). Lastly, put back the defroster duct and the upper trim panel.
