    To replace the Steering Knuckle first you would need to lift and support the vehicle, followed by tire and wheel removal, wheel hub and bearing. Next, take out the outer tie rod retaining nut and the brake hose bracket bolts to disconnect the brake hose bracket from the Steering Knuckle. Unplug the abs wheel speed sensor wiring harness from the Steering Knuckle, then unbolt the upper Control Arm to the Steering Knuckle pinch bolt and nut to separate the upper Control Arm. Move to the removal of the lower Ball Joint retaining nut and apply the use of the Ball Joint remover (J43631) in detaching the Steering Knuckle to the lower Control Arm before detaching the Steering Knuckle from the vehicle. To install, install the Steering Knuckle onto the lower Control Arm, then install the lower Ball Joint retaining nut to 110 nm (81 ft. Lbs.). Mount the upper Control Arm to the Steering Knuckle and fasten the upper Control Arm pinch bolt and nut but tighten the same to 40 nm, (30 ft. Lbs.). Reconnect the abs wheel speed sensor wiring harness bracket to the Steering Knuckle, install the brake hose bracket and its retaining bolts, tightened to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Finally, install new outer tie rod retaining nut, wheel hub and bearing, tire and wheel, lower vehicle, and adjust front toe.
